Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, spam, or malware distribution. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and billing
Paid features require a valid payment method. Pricing, billing cadence, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds are governed by the terms presented on our pricing page.
Intellectual property
We own the service and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service and authorized integrations on your behalf.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior 6 months, or $100 if no fees were paid.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons. You may delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page and communicated to active users where appropriate.
